You won’t be able to transport 16 feet lumber (2x10x16) easily on any mid size pick up truck, because the bed isn’t long enough. Getting the collapsible hitch mount #BedExtender solved the problem! I will also show you using a fancy product #TitanStrap, it is very fast to tie down small amount of lumber.

Wrapping your trees and plants for winter/snow protection is very important, especially for those fragile species. The proper way is to use the metal stakes to form a shield so that the weight of the snow won’t damage the branches, never wrap the burlap directly on the plant. Generally speaking burlap wraps are very ugly,…
My wife bought a Nissan Leaf, that’s how this project got started. I had to put other DIY projects on hold and worked. It was not too difficult if you have worked on electrical related projects. I built a cat condo for our cats using plywood and carpet 8 years ago, I think it is time to upgrade. As I noticed that modern cat furniture design doesn’t use carpet anymore (similar to modern houses that use hardwood floors), so I am going to do the same with cat condo version 2.0.…
I bought a 12″ Aqua dynamic Frost free wall hydrant (with Anti-Siphon vacuum breaker) from local Home Depot and it took an afternoon on the weekend to do it. It was easy but I was stupid enough to buy the wrong parts (plumbing thread types), so in order to save time and not to drive…
